The Strike Industries Extended Magazine Plate is designed for full size Smith & Wesson M&P9 or M&P40 handguns. In the 9mm S&W M&P9 it adds up to 6 extra rounds and adds up to 5 rounds for the .40 caliber M&P40. In addition to extra firepower, this mag extension makes reloading faster and easier by giving you more to grip on to and even helps mags drop freely due to the extra weight. Included with the S&W M&P EMP is a steel locking plate and extended follower spring to ensure reliability. It is molded from impact resistant polymer and is compatible with some aftermarket magazines and flared magazine wells.
