Top Brass Pull Down bullets are the same bullets supplied to our military forces for training and combat. These bullets were previously loaded at the factory but never fired. The bullets and powder were later pulled and MidwayUSA was then able to purchase these bullets to pass on to our customers. It is recommended that you carefully inspect all bullets before loading for any imperfections as these are pull-down bullets. This is a military surplus product that is cleaned and sorted and presented as-is. Bullet condition may vary. This is not loaded ammunition.
